Transformation through transpersonal coaching

I am Vijayacittā Rebecca Harvey. Rebecca was the name given to me by my mother. I am also an ordained member of the Triratna Buddhist Order, and my name, Vijayacittā, is a Sanskrit name meaning "one whose heart-mind is victorious".

I have worked as a freelance professional for over ten years, across a range of organisations  from Trades Unions to financial services. See my business website and Linked In profile for more information. As a coach my training is based on Assagioli's whole system perspective of psychology, built upon by Galwey in The Inner Game.

I run wellbeing courses for a local charity, The Globe Community Project, and teach meditation on a voluntary basis at the London Buddhist Centre.

What I offer

I offer personal and professional Life Coaching in-person in east London and online. Coaching is unlocking your potential to maximise your own performance and wellbeing- through developing awareness and responsibility - using powerful questions and active listening. Supporting you to grow through meaningful choices and actions. I am a member of the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring.

Areas of Interest

Mindfulness and Wellbeing. LGBTQIA+, Highly Sensitive (HSP) Sensory Processing Sensitivity,  trauma informed body work such as Peter Levine,  Polyvagal (Deb Dana), Accredited  Compassion Focused Therapy Level 2 with The Association for Psychological Therapies (APT). I also hold a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Autism.
